On Tuesday, after the WOD when we were getting ready to leave, Tyler asked Steve, Seth and me to each give him an exercise. Steve said split jumps, Seth said HSPU’s and I said muscle ups. Little did we know that he was going to use our words against us to create a surprise WOD using those exercises. Before you knew it, it was 3-2-1 GO! We were officially bamboozled.
