Cliff just got clearance from the Doc to workout after dislocating his shoulder.  You sure you should be doing those, homie?

And finally, since we’re still waiting for Zak and Kim’s baby to come home from the hospital, we’ll show you the 2nd cutest thing in the world…  Paul and Zak doing a 2-man 200k power clean.  Adorable.
