Paleo Challenge, Day 5

Day 5 in the books!  Thankfully, I was able to overcome the urge to drive to Voodoo Doughnuts in Portland yesterday.  I wonder if I can get sponsorship from Whole Foods as a Crossfit athlete.  That, or I need to buy stock in the company.  All I know is that they are getting me at the cash register!  I suppose I could build some time into my schedule to cook and save some money… but that would also mean I’d need to learn how to cook.  Sounds like a lot of work.

Snack – banana
Breakfast – 3 eggs, 6 strips of bacon
Snack – almonds
Lunch – rotisserie chicken breast, kale
Snack – Lara Bar
Snack – banana with almond butter
Dinner – 4 egg whites, smoked pork kielbasa
Snack – 10 of The Greatest Little Organic Smokey Pork Cocktail Franks 🙂

Since the picture bacon maple bars may have been too much to handle for some of you (Sorry Erik!), I figured I’d post something that only a few of us can appreciate, and most of you will think is nasty… SPAM Katsu, fried eggs and rice!!  You heard me – SPAM cooked like Chicken Katsu.  Don’t worry about it.
