Got off to a late start on day 6. I probably didn’t eat breakfast until 11:30, but certainly made up for it at dinner.
Breakfast – scrambled eggs and 6 strips of bacon from Whole Foods’ hot bar, fruit bowl (strawberries, blueberries, rasberries, kiwi)
Snack – banana with almond butter
Dinner – bacon wrapped scallops, carrots with guacamole, grilled salmon, asparagus and coconut milk mashed sweet potatoes
Snack – sweet potato chips
