I gotta’ say, after 7 days of Paleo I’m feeling a lot better than I thought I would. My energy levels haven’t seemed to drop too drastically, and my cravings are manageable. I still need to eat more vegatables, which I knew coming in was going to be one of my biggest challenges. Other than that I think things are going well. Eating meat without rice is taking some getting used to, but I can handle it for a few more weeks…
Breakfast – scrambled eggs and pork sausage
Snack – banana with almond butter
Snack – macadamia nuts, go raw snacks
Lunch – 1/2 lb burger patty over lettuce, grilled onions, sweet potato fries
Snack – dried mango
Dinner – 4 hard-boiled eggs, 8 of The Greatest Little Organic Smokey Pork Cocktail Franks
Erin is big on baking cupcakes. Get it? I’ll be here all week folks. Actually, 3 more weeks.
