Paleo Challenge, Day 13

This was a fun day.  A handful of us went over to Greenlake Bar and Grill after the WOD and had burgers with no bun.  It’s incredible how good mustard tastes when it’s the only condiment I can eat.  After that we went to the park at Greenlake and did a Hannibal style workout on the playground equipment.

Breakfast – fried eggs and leftover steak
Snack – banana and almond butter
Lunch – burger patty, sweet potato fries
Snack – macadamia nuts and dried mango slices
Dinner – pork ribs and rosemary chicken
Snack – Go Raw snacks
