Paleo Challenge, Day 14

This was an interesting day.  We had a family birthday party at a Chinese buffet.  I tried to eat a huge breakfast and a snack before I went, which certainly helped curb any potential cravings.  Lucky the place we went had a grill and I was able to ask the guy to grill me up some beef, pork, shrimp and veggies.  I’m not so sure that the beef was grass-fed, but I did what I could to resist all the rice and fried foods!!

Breakfast – scrambled eggs, 2 pork sausage links, 8 strips of bacon
Snack – banana with almond butter
Lunch – grilled beef, pork and shrimp with onions, peppers and garlic
Snack – almonds and pecans
Dinner – tri tip steak, mixed veggies
