Alright, we are half-way through the 30-Day Paleo Challenge! This is where I quit last year; but full disclosure, I cheated almost each day of the 2-weeks that I tried it. Apparently, Splenda, half & half and coconut milk ice cream weren’t on the list of acceptable Paleo foods, and Gil would score me 0 out of 3 points each day. Well, now I know. GILLIUUUUUUUUS!!
Breakfast – 2 eggs, 6 strips of bacon
Snack – almonds
Lunch – 1/2 lb burger patty and salad
Snack – Lara Bar
Dinner – pork ribs, rosemary chicken, cauliflower
Snack – macadamia nuts and dried mango slices
