We don’t need weights… We’ve got humans!
After breakfast we decided to do a little morning workout at the ranch. Inspired by the buddy-carries we did the day before at San Francisco CrossFit, we thought we’d take it one step further and try some partner overhead squats. Required equipment: closest person standing next to you. Man, I wish we had Anne and Cindy’s attempt on film. If nothing else, at least we know that Anne has proper ‘bail-out’ technique on OHS’s, should she ever need it 😉
Who’s down for a partner throwdown one of these days? One guy and one girl per team. Throw in some 200m partner carries (switch carriers at half-way mark), human wheelbarrow races, piggyback burpees and overhead squats! Any other ideas??
