Shrimp Maker Salad from Where Ya At Matt: blackened shrimp and 2 strips of bacon over a bed of mixed greens and sweet red peppers.

Handful of almonds and macadamia nuts

Snack
Primal Pack (beef jerky, macadamia nuts, mango)
Americano w/ cream

Dinner
2 Spicy Italian chicken sausages
Broccoli and cauliflower

Snack
Dried mango
