Paleo Challenge 2.0: Day 4

I’ve already got a cheat meal picked out for when the Challenge is over.  The 1/2 Pound Beef Burger from Springhill Restaurant in West Seattle.  I’ve never been, but I hear it’s one of the best.  I could also go for some Pagliacci right about now.  Or some In-N-Out fries and a chocolate milkshake to dip them in.  Or some SPAM Sliders from Marination. Mmm.

Breakfast
2 Fried Eggs
5 Strips of bacon
Americano w/cream

Snack
Handful of almonds and macadamia nuts
Americano w/cream

Lunch
1/2 Rack of ribs
Spinach and strawberry salad with olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette

Snack
Handful of almonds

Snack
Sliced roasted turkey
Banana
Americano w/cream

Dinner
Baked chicken wings
Sauteed broccoli w/ garlic
