Paleo Challenge 2.0: Day 9

Alrighty, back on track!  After the meltdown over the weekend it’s time to tighten up the program.  Big shout out to Seth, Steve and Cassie for showing me some bacon love on their camping trip over the weekend.  I’m glad that 4 solid pounds of pork fat made you think of me 🙂

Breakfast
2 Eggs
5 Strips of bacon
Banana
Americano w/cream

Lunch
1/2 Pound of tri-tip steak
Spinach salad with sliced almonds, dried cranberries, olive oil and balsamic vinegar

Snack
Handful of macadamia nuts

Snack
Handful of almonds
Strawberries, blueberries and raspberries

Post WOD
Chocolate milk

Dinner
Burger no bun
2 Fried eggs on top
Spinach salad with pecans, dried cranberries, olive oil and balsamic vinegar

Snack
Leftover ribs
Dried mango
85% Cacao chocolate
