Handful of almonds

1/2 Pound of chicken chile verde
1/2 Pound of sautéed broccoli
Strawberries, blueberries and blackberries
Coffee w/cream

Snack
Few slices of pepperoni
Handful of almonds
Coffee w/cream

Dinner
Grilled chicken salad with spinach, bacon (probably only one strip), and other veggies

Snack
Handful of almonds
Dried mango
