Paleo Challenge 2.0: Day 13

Believe it or not, I cooked breakfast for 4 on Saturday morning.  Emphasis on I COOKED.

Breakfast
5 Scrambled eggs
10 Strips of bacon
Banana
Americano w/cream

Lunch
Bison Burger, no bun
2 Strips of bacon
Yam fries

Dinner
2 Pounds of shrimp, beef and scallops at the Mongolian Grill in Whistler

Snacks
An assortment of dried fruit and nuts throughout the day

BACON COUNTER: 77
