Paleo Challenge 2.0: Day 17

Breakfast
2 Eggs
6 Strips of bacon
Americano w/cream x 2 (one on my way to work and one right when I got to work)

Snack
Handful of almonds and macadamia nuts

Lunch
1/2 Pound of tri-tip steak (ordered 1/3 lb, but Anne couldn’t finish all of hers, so I gladly helped finish hers)
Spinach salad with sliced almonds, dried cranberries, olive oil and balsamic vinegar
Americano w/cream

Snack
Handful of almonds and macadamia nuts

Dinner
4 Short ribs
2 Chicken drums
Spinach salad with sliced almonds, currants, pineapple, grapes, watermelon, olive oil and balsamic vinegar

Dessert
Strawberry raw coconut milk popsicles

Snack
Dried mango, macadamia nuts and 85% cacao chocolate
