6 strips of bacon

Americano w/cream

Snack
Handful of almonds

Lunch
1 Pound of short ribs
Spinach salad with almonds, dried cranberries, olive oil and balsamic vinegar

Snack
Handful of almonds and macadamia nuts
Americano w/cream

Post WOD
Frozen yogurt smoothie
 
Dinner
Grilled chicken salad
Guacamole… maybe a few chips too :p

Snack
Dried mango and macadamia nuts
