5 strips of bacon

Dried mango slices and macadamia nuts

Lunch
1/2 Pound of smoked turkey
1/8 Pound of pepperoni
Americano w/cream

Dried mangoes and macadamia nuts

Pre WOD Snack
Handful of almonds


Dinner
Mongolian grill w/Anne… as much beef, chicken and pork that I could cram into one bowl.  And some veggies too.  Oh, and teeny, tiny amount of RICE ahhhh!!

Snack
Bacon wrapped scallops (Megan has these perfected!)… maybe the equivalent of 2 strips of bacon
Dried mangoes and macadamia nuts
85% Cacao
