Paleo Challenge 2.0: Day 30

And just like that, the second Paleo Challenge at NWCF in 2011 is in the books!  Congrats to everyone that stuck it out over the 30 days.  I hope you got the results you were looking for.  This go ’round was certainly an easier task than the first challenge.  Maybe it’s because I haven’t stopped Paleo since the first challenge 😉  Now that we’re finished here, I have to go see a man named Ronald about a cheeseburger.

Breakfast
2 Fried eggs
6 Strips of bacon

Snack
Handful of almonds

Lunch
1/2 Pound of roasted turkey
1/4 Pound of pepperoni
Strawberries, blackberries and blueberries

Snack
Handful of almonds

Dinner
Double bacon cheeseburger, no bun (4 strips)
Sweet potato fries

Snack
More almonds and macadamia nuts
Flattened bananas from TJ’s
