Carrido’s 29th Birthday WOD

My 29th birthday was last week on 9/21, but since I was out of town we didn’t get to celebrate with a Bday WOD.  Well, it’s time to make up for it!  Below is the WOD that I’ve got in store.  Feel free to modify as needed.  If you are able to join me at 6pm on Monday the 26th at the Greenlake gym, I will be providing the chocolate milk for those who can drink it.  If you are lactose intolerant or just don’t like chocolate milk, you’re going to need to bring your own beverage of choice.  I hear there are some tasty soy chocolate milks out there, although not Paleo.  Enjoy! 🙂

Carrido’s 29th Birthday WOD

For time (Includes the time it takes to down the chocolate milk, so drink fast!):

2 Rounds:
9 G2OH, 165#/115# (or your body weight if you weigh less than Rx)
21 Burpee Box Jumps, 30″/24″
29 Weighted OH Lunge Steps 45#/35#

Then… Drink 16oz chocolate milk, or beverage of like consistency and volume

Then…
9 Rounds:
8 HSPU
2 Muscle Ups/Toes Through Rings (1 rep = 1 muscle up into 1 toes through rings)
29 Double Unders

*Modify as needed.
