Paleo Challenge 3.0: Day 1

THE SECRET TO LOSING WEIGHT: Eat Less. Move more.

Breakfast:
2 eggs
6 strips of bacon
1 banana
Americano w/cream

Lunch:
Mixed green salad with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, almonds and dried cranberries
1/3 pound of tri-tip steak
Americano w/cream

Snack:
1/2 Honeycrisp apple
1/8 pound roasted turkey
Handful of Paleo granola (Thanks Amy Lee!)
Americano w/cream

Dinner:
3 eggs
3 strips of bacon
Diced onion

Snack:
Handful of blueberries and almonds

BACON COUNTER: 9 strips
