Paleo Challenge 3.0: Day 2

Working close to Whole Foods really makes Paleo a lot easier than if I had to prepare each meal.  Although, it also makes it a lot easier to go broke.  Either way, I enjoyed some awesome chicken chow fun, minus the noodles.  This pic is from a month ago, but I had the same thing today for lunch.  Just right for a cold day.

Breakfast:
2 eggs
6 strips of bacon
1 banana
Americano w/cream

Snack:
Handful of Amy Lee’s Paleo granola

Lunch:
Chicken chow fun, minus the noodles

Snack:
1 apple
Handful of Amy Lee’s Paleo granola

Dinner:
10 oz. steak
2 eggs

Snack:
Lara Bar
Blueberries

BACON COUNTER: 15
