Paleo Challenge 3.0: Day 3

Three days in and everything feels the same.  I’ve just been laying off the late night snacks.  My usual nightly ritual is to take down a good amount of dried mango, macadamia nuts and plantain chips… basically just a bunch of carbs right before I go to bed.  I think if I cut that out I’ll be able to fit into that bikini in no time!

Breakfast:
2 eggs
4 strips of bacon (I got ripped off at WF)
1 banana
Americano w/cream

Lunch:
Spicy pork salad from Marination Mobile (possibly suspect on actual level of Paleoness due to the sauces)
2 fried eggs on top
Americano w/cream

Snack:
Slice of turkey breast

Dinner:
1/2 roasted chicken
Mixed greens salad, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, almonds and dried cranberries

Snack:
Almonds
Americano w/cream

BACON COUNTER: 19

    You drank espresso before bed? What the hell dude

    • For some reason coffee doesn’t get me buzzing like it does for most people. Redbull, coffee, or any other caffeine heavy drinks have never had the energizing effect on me. I just like the taste. It’s kind of like my version of the glass of wine before bed.
