Three days in and everything feels the same. I’ve just been laying off the late night snacks. My usual nightly ritual is to take down a good amount of dried mango, macadamia nuts and plantain chips… basically just a bunch of carbs right before I go to bed. I think if I cut that out I’ll be able to fit into that bikini in no time!

1/2 roasted chicken
Mixed greens salad, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, almonds and dried cranberries
