Paleo Challenge 3.0: Day 8

Week 2, let’s go!  Pretty routine today.  I found a little mixed nut medley from Whole Foods that I’ve been snacking on.  Other than that, nothing too exciting.  How about some motorcycle racing in the rain to compliment the crazy weather we’re having today!

Breakfast:
2 eggs
6 strips of bacon
Banana
Americano w/cream

Lunch:
Chicken chow fun, no fun… er I mean no noodles.
Iced coffee w/cream

Snack:
Handful of almonds and cashews

Dinner:
3 eggs scrambled with 4 strips of bacon and diced onions

Snack:
Dried mango
Roasted and salted macadamia nuts
Plantain chips
Amy Lee’s nut-free Paleo granola
Frozen blueberries
