Paleo Challenge 3.0: Day 13

St. Patty’s Day folks!  I spent the better part of Saturday afternoon getting my butt kicked by CrossFit Games Open WOD 12.4.  Mainly wall balls.  Below is a video that Sean Bissell put together from it.  Great job everyone who did it!  One more to go and then it’s Regionals in May 🙂

Breakfast:
2 eggs
4 strips of bacon
Americano w/cream

Snack:
Emerald City Smoothie… completely not Paleo.  Right after doing 12.4 at Bellevue I had to refuel with something before heading to lunch at my aunt’s house.  It had strawberries, peanut butter, whey protein and probably a bunch of sugary garbage.

Lunch:
Corned beef and cabbage!
Chicken Divan… absolutely not Paleo hahaha.  Tons of cheese and mayo.  But it did have broccoli, so at least I got my veggies 🙂

Dinner:
Carne Asada
Mixed greens salad

Snack:
Frozen blueberries
Dried plantains
Amy Lee’s Paleo Granola
Dried mango

BACON COUNTER: 85
