Paleo Challenge 3.0: Day 18

Happy Friday folks.  If you own a motorcycle I suggest you go ride it this weekend.  If not for me being so injury prone lately I sure as heck would.  Instead I’ll be giving the CrossFit Games Open WOD 12.5 a go.  Also, if you’re NCAA bracket is busted like mine, watch the AMA Supercross race live on SpeedTV Saturday night at 4:30 PM instead.  Here’s a vid from last week’s race in Indy.  Have a great weekend!

Breakfast:
2 eggs
4 strips of bacon
Banana
Americano w/cream

Lunch:
Jimmy John’s Unwich… turkey & bacon lettuce wrap (2 strips of bacon)
Coffee w/cream

Snack:
Roasted almonds, cashews and dried cranberries
Americano w/cream

Dinner:
Grilled salmon

Snack:
2 eggs
4 strips of turkey bacon (does not count for the Bacon Counter)
Amy Lee’s Paleo Granola
Dried mango

BACON COUNTER: 120
