Paleo Challenge 3.0: Day 21

The 2012 CrossFit Open Series came to a close Sunday.  In celebration I went for a big ol’ cheat meal at Breanne’s restaurant afterward.  Really, the only thing I cheated on was the hash browns, although I had my eye on the chicken fried steak, cinnamon roll and biscuits and gravy… next time 🙂  Congrats to all the athletes that competed in The Open!

Breakfast:
Banana
Americano w/cream

Brunch:
Pig omelette from Breanne’s restaurant… bacon, ham, sausage, cheddar and onions (about 3 strips of bacon)
Hash browns
Fruit bowl with strawberries, bananas, pineapples and grapes
Americano w/cream

Lunch:
Chicken thigh
Mixed greens salad
Mixed fruit – strawberries, blueberries and blackberries
2 mini spinach quiches
1 rice cracker (oops)

Snack:
Plantain chips
Dried mango

Dinner:
Lettuce wrapped 1/2 pound burger with bacon and cheddar
Sweet potato fries

Snack:
Plantain chips
4 turkey bacon strips… do not count for bacon counter

BACON COUNTER:  133
