Paleo Challenge 3.0: Day 23

This morning I was sitting at the counter of my normal breakfast spot.  As I was watching the cook plate someone else’s breakfast I notice that he took two strips of bacon off their plate.  I asked him what the deal was with the bacon he just pushed to the side and he said they were a little burnt.  Pshhh.  I call that extra crispy.  He cooks the bacon in a wood-fire oven and I guess he thought these strips were a little too close, and spent a little too long next to the fire.  I told him to throw those bad boys on my plate, and tada!  8 strips of bacon.  Don’t mind if I do.  I inhaled the bacon before I could snap a pic, but I did snap a shot of the Roro BBQ I had for lunch.  I know, I eat there a lot.  But if it ain’t broke don’t fix it!

Breakfast:
2 eggs
8 strips of bacon
Banana
Americano w/cream

Snack:
Roasted almonds, cashews and dried cranberries

Lunch:
2 smoked chicken thighs from Roro BBQ
Coleslaw
A couple bites of mashed potatoes… oh how I wish I could have eaten all of them!

Snack:
Roasted almonds, cashews and dried cranberries
Coffee w/cream

Snack:
Coconut water
Plantain chips

Dinner:
Steak and chicken over shredded lettuce
Salsa
Guacamole

Snack:
Double espresso w/cream
Dried mango
Plantain chips
