Paleo Challenge 3.0: Day 24

I’ve started to think about what I want for my first cheat meal after this challenge.  Biscuits and gravy, pizza or mac’n’cheese keep coming to mind.  I grew up on Mission brand mac’n’cheese.  Unfortunately, I think they stopped making the stuff.  Any suggestions for a new spot to get down on some mac’n’cheese??

Breakfast:
2 eggs
6 strips of bacon
Banana
Americano w/cream

Snack:
Roasted almonds, cashews and dried cranberries

Lunch:
2 smoked chicken thighs
1 hot link
Coleslaw
Sweet potato tots

Snack:
Roasted almonds, cashews and dried cranberries

Snack:
Plantain chips
Dried Mango

Dinner:
Panang curry shrimp and beef
Steamed cabbage, carrots, broccoli and baby corn

Snack:
2 eggs
2 strips of bacon
Dried mango
Plantain chips
Coconut water
