Paleo Challenge 3.0: Day 25

So we’ve gone to this Thai place in our apartment complex 3 out of the last 4 days.  Prior to Monday I hadn’t gone to this place since we’ve lived here.  I don’t know what took me so long, but I’ve clearly been making up for lost time.  Oh, and in case you were asking yourself, “Hey, is that Nikki in the background drinking that sugary-ass Thai iced coffee??  I thought she was on Paleo.”  The answer is yes, that is Nikki drinking some sugary-ass Thai iced coffee while supposedly on Paleo.  BUSTED!

Breakfast:
2 eggs
5 strips of bacon
Banana
Americano w/cream

Snack:
Roasted almonds, cashews and dried cranberries

Lunch:
Jimmy John’s Unwich… Genoa salami, capicola, ham, provolone (oops!), lettuce, onions, easy mayo & vinaigrette

Snack:
Roasted almonds, cashews and dried cranberries

Dinner:
Panang curry shrimp and beef
Steamed cabbage, carrots, broccoli and baby corn

Snack:
3 strips of turkey bacon

BACON COUNTER: 162
