Paleo Challenge 3.0: Day 26

Dude, I’m cheating way too much to consider what I’m doing Paleo.  A little slice of cheese here, a small piece of gluten-free bread there… Clean it up Carrido!

Breakfast:
2 eggs
6 strips of bacon
1 pork sausage link
Banana
Americano w/cream

Snack:
Roasted almonds, cashews and dried cranberries

Lunch:
Jimmy John’s Unwich (lettuce wrap): 1/4 pound of roast beef, easy: mayo, mustard and provolone

Snack:
Dried mango
Plantain chips
1 Hail Merry chocolate macaroon

Dinner:
Wild salmon, ratatouille, tomato coulis, gaeta olive tapenade, caper berries
Sauteed calamari
Small slice of gluten-free bread
A few bites of Nik’s gluten-free spaghetti
