Paleo Challenge 3.0: Day 28

On day 28 I survived Dim Sum and a casino buffet.  High five.  Here’s a video of my bro making a super tough shot playing pool.

Breakfast:
3 eggs
6 strips of bacon
Banana
Americano w/cream

Snack:
Green beans… yes, green beans.  The only thing remotely Paleo at Nik’s Dim Sum date with her fam.

Snack:
Plantain chips

Dinner:
Tulalip Casino Buffet! haha… Mongolian Grill beef, chicken and broccoli.  Salmon.  Prime rib.  Ham.  Turkey.  Meatloaf.  Meatballs.

Snack:
Freeze dried strawberries
Plantain chips

BACON COUNTER: 178
