Paleo Challenge 3.0: Day 29

To cheat or not to cheat… I’m almost 30 days into this challenge and I’ve decided that I’m going to keep it up through Regionals, which is Memorial Day Weekend.  That’s almost 2 months away.  Should I give myself a cheat day or stay the course?

Breakfast:
2 eggs
6 strips of bacon
Banana
Americano w/cream

Lunch:
Jimmy John’s Unwich (lettuce wrap): 1/4 pound of roast beef, easy: avocado spread, mustard and peppers

Snack:
Kalbi beef salad from Marination Station

Snack:
Paleo granola made by my Chinese girlfriend

Dinner:
Grilled Salmon
Tomago, minus the rice

Snack:
More paleo granola
