Paleo Challenge 3.0: Day 31

Nothing exciting on the menu.  Congrats to Ryan Villopoto on clinching the 2012 AMA Supercross Title last weekend!  No Supercross this weekend, but it is the opening round for the 2012 MotoGP Season in Qatar.

Breakfast:
2 eggs
7 strips of bacon
Banana
Americano w/cream

Lunch:
Chicken chow fun, no noodles

Snack:
Paleo granola

Dinner:
Panang curry shrimp and beef
Steamed cabbage, carrots, broccoli and baby corn

Snack:
Paleo granola
Frozen blueberries
Plantain chips
