Paleo Challenge 3.0: Day 32

Maaaaaan… So the company I work for sponsored a fundraiser for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) called Savor SLU.  Many of the great restaurants in South Lake Union participated.  It was an awesome event.  Super awesome event for a super awesome foundation.  There was also a lot of awesome food.  Super awesome food.  Also super not Paleo.  The restaurants dishing up the goods were Blue Moon Burgers, Cactus, Cuoco, Duke’s Chowder House, Flying Fish, Lunchbox Laboratory, Mio Sushi, Portage Bay Cafe & Catering, Seastar Restaurant and Raw Bar, Tutta Bella Neapolitan Pizzeria and Whole Foods Market.  Fo’real doe??  But you need not worry.  Self-discipline was exercised.  I did manage to eat a few semi-Paleo items, but there were quite a few dishes that couldn’t even come close to passing for Paleo.  Here’s a pic of some scallops from Flying Fish, fried and served up by owner and chef Chris Keff herself.

Dried mango
