Paleo Challenge 3.0: Day 36

5 weeks in!  A few cheat days here and there, but overall I’m pretty happy with how things are going.  I’m still a ways out from where I want to be, but I think I’ll have things dialed in by Regionals.

Breakfast:
2 eggs
4 strips of bacon
Banana
Americano w/cream

Lunch:
Jimmy John’s Unwich lettuce wrap… 1/4 pound of roast beef.  Easy mayo and mustard.
Roasted almonds, cashews and dried cranberries

Snack:
Americano w/cream

Snack:
Plantain chips
Pepperoni

Dinner:
Double bacon burger, lettuce wrap, grilled onions, pickles (2 strips of bacon)
Sweet potato fries

Snack:
Paleo granola
Pepperoni
