Paleo Challenge 3.0: Day 38

I went to Pecos BBQ in SODO for lunch and ordered the smoked chicken and hot link over a smoked sweet potato.  The flavor was really good, but I went with medium spicy instead of mild which was a big mistake for my weak-ass tolerance for hot food.  I ended up giving it away to a co-worker and got some lunch meat from Whole Foods instead.  Thankfully I made up for it with an awesome steak at Jak’s grill for dinner.

Breakfast:
2 eggs
6 strips of bacon
Banana
Americano w/cream

Lunch:
A few bites of BBQ that was too spicy…
1/4 pound of roasted turkey
1/8 pound of pepperoni

Snack:
Roasted almonds, cashews and dried cranberries
Americano w/cream

Dinner:
New York Strip
Mixed greens salad with vinaigrette dressing
Baked potato
Steamed veggies

Snack:
Paleo granola
Plantain chips
