Paleo Challenge 3.0: Day 43

Check out Nikki taking on Fran.  Big PR for her with a time of 5:47.  Once she gets her pull ups nailed down she’s sure to go sub-5!

Breakfast:
2 eggs
6 strips of bacon
Banana
Americano w/cream

Lunch:
Chicken fun noodle soup, no noodles
Roasted almonds, cashews and dried cranberries

Snack:
1/8 pound of roast beef
Americano w/cream

Dinner:
Double bacon cheeseburger, no bun, lettuce wrapped (2 strips)
Sweet potato fries

Snack:
Plantain chips
Half of a Bubbie’s mochi ice cream
Frozen blueberries

BACON COUNTER: 265
