Paleo Challenge 3.0: Day 44

Seattle Supercross this weekend!  Here’s a recap of last weekend’s races in New Orleans.

Snack:
Paleo granola
Banana
Americano w/cream

Breakfast:
2 eggs
4 strips of bacon

Snack:
Paleo granola
Double espresso w/cream

Lunch:
Marination Station spicy pork salad and a fried egg on top

Snack:
Paleo granola (holy crap this stuff is good)

Dinner:
3 eggs
2 sausage patties

Snack:
Paleo granola
