Paleo Challenge 3.0: Day 45

The regional WOD’s were announced Wednesday.  Stay tuned for more info about the NWCF athletes competing in the Northwest Regionals!

Breakfast:
2 eggs
4 strips of bacon
Banana
Americano w/cream

Lunch:
Flank steak, guac and salsa over shredded lettuce

Snack:
Americano w/cream

Dinner:
Double bacon burger in a lettuce wrap (2 strips)

Snack:
Plantain chips
Frozen blueberries
Paleo granola
