Paleo Challenge 3.0: Day 46

Here’s the track map for the Seattle Supercross race on Saturday.

Breakfast:
2 eggs
4 strips of bacon
Banana
Americano w/cream

Lunch:
Smoked chicken and hot link over a smoked sweet potato
Sour cream (didn’t know it was on it)

Snack:
Apple
Turkey breast
Americano w/cream

Dinner:
Double bacon burger, no bun (3 strips)
Grilled onions
1 gluten-free onion ring

Snack:
Paleo granola
Frozen blueberries
Plantain chips

BACON COUNTER: 282
