Paleo Challenge 3.0: Day 47

Today is the day!  Sunshine, dirtbikes and BBQ.  Seattle SX, here we come.  Here’s the GoPro highlight video from the 2011 race.

Breakfast:
2 eggs
2 strips of bacon
1 sausage link
Banana
Americano w/cream

Lunch:
Pot roast with carrots and onions
Sautéed broccoli
A few pieces of potato

Snack:
Americano w/cream
Turkey breast
Apple

Snack:
Paleo granola
Plantain chips
Paleo cookie

Dinner:
Scallops and shrimp
Greens
Cauliflower puree

Snack:
Plantain chips
Sweet potato chips
Couple bites of Kate’s Paleo shrimp salad… Yum!
Dried mango
Bubbie’s mochi ice cream 🙂
