Paleo Challenge 3.0: Day 59

Mmmm Thai food.  Unfortunately, no rice was consumed :-/

Breakfast:
3 eggs
6 strips of bacon
Mango, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and raspberries
Americano w/cream

Snack:
Plantain chips
Mixed fruit

Lunch:
Garlic shrimp
Steam broccoli, cabbage and carrots
One bite of Nik’s phad thai

Snack:
Plantain chips
Mixed fruit
Americano w/cream

Dinner:
Half of a roasted chicken
Sautéed greens
Calamari
A few bites of Nik’s gluten-free pasta

Snack:
Plantain chips
Pepperoni
