What else do I love as much as bacon?  Shoes.  Just copped these.

Paleo Challenge 3.0: Day 53

We went to Umi.  We didn’t get sushi, but we did order almost everything else on the menu.  The short ribs were my favorite.

Nikki and I made our own coconut flour tortillas last night for ground turkey tacos.  They turned out great!
